Sri K.S.Gopala Krishnan, the learned counsel for the appellants, represented that the appellants had taken away the bundle long back and he has no instructions. However, the appeal is already listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Despite it, no argument was advanced.
Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution, but without costs.
