ORDER:
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the leaned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in issuing letter No.940/Sand/08 dated 03.04.2008.
Learned Government Pleader produced a copy of the letter addressed by the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology to the petitioner withdrawing letter dated 03.04.2008, which is challenged in the present Writ Petition.
In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
