ORDER:
The case was listed on 24.04.2014, as there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner the case was directed to be posted on 25.04.2014 under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Again the matter was listed on 25.04.2014, but at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner again the matter was posted on 28.04.2014 under the same caption. Once again the matter was listed on 28.04.2014 and in the morning the same was passed over, as there was no representation, and even when the matter was called in the afternoon, there was no representation.
In the circumstances, the case is dismissed for default for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
