Challenging the order, dated 27.09.2013, in Original Application No.283 of 2013 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, ‘the Tribunal’), the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II, appearing for the petitioners, stated that no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition in view of the fact that Government had already issued G.O.Rt.No.163, Irrigation & C.A.D. (Ser.II) Department, dated 18.02.2014, whereunder respondent No.1 herein had given promotion to the post of Executive Engineer.
4. Recording the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
