HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 6087 OF 2014

ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed, it is not necessary to serve respondent No.4.

The grievance of the petitioner is that her name is removed from the Adangal/pahanis and 1B register relating to petitioner’s land in Survey No.873/2 in F.Dis.No.350/1413 of Yerukalareddypalem Village, Kaligiri Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. Petitioner has filed a copy of 1B (ROR) obtained from Mee-seva showing that one Maramreddy Suchnru Reddy is recorded as pattadar in stead of petitioner’s name.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of instructions obtained from respondent No.3, submits that petitioner was assigned an extent of Ac.2-52 cents in Survey No.873/2 and that she was issued pattadar passbook bearing No.350683 on 20.09.2003 and relevant entry is made in 10(1) account as pattadar No.1519 with khata No.035. It is further stated that petitioner is the original owner of the said land and hence her name is not changed in any record.

The said specific averments in the written instructions of the learned Government Pleader, therefore, clearly show that the allegations of the petitioner made in the writ petition are not correct and it may be on the basis of a mistake committed in Mee-seva centre that the petitioner has approached this court. However, in view of the categorical instructions received by the Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the writ petition.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
