ORDER:(per Hon’ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu)
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to call for the records relating to the order, dated 07.11.2012, in Original Application No.3729 of 2012 with VMA No.1170 of 2012 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and quash the same.
2. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I (TG), appearing for the petitioners herein, produced a copy of the proceedings in RO.No.531/2014 R.C.No.1083/E1-264/HR/2007, dated 28.07.2014, issued by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Hyderabad Range, Hyderabad, whereunder the respondent herein has been reinstated into service and allotted to Ranga Reddy District. In view of the above proceedings, learned Government Pleader for Services-I (TG) states that no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
