This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the proceedings, dated 25.9.2013, in E.P.No.531 of 2013 in ARB No.53 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Warangal.
2. Neither copy of the proceedings, dated 25.9.2013, nor certified copy of the same is filed so as to test as to whether the said proceedings are correct or not. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
3. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
