ORDER:
Though this Writ Petition was filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent in Rc.No.1605/1996/A5, dated 25.05.2005, the licence was renewed from time to time and the present licence is subsisting till the end of this year.
In view of the subsequent development, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
