The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.D1CS/8003/2014, dated 24.10.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) placed before the Court a copy of proceedings in Rc.No.D1CS/8003/2014, dated 26.12.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation by rendering a finding that the charges framed against the petitioner are not grave in nature. In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.50191 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for
interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
