When the matter had come up on 10.09.2014, none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on his behalf. So, the matter was posted to 12.09.2014 under the caption ‘for dismissal. Thereafter also, it underwent two adjournments. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. The matter is of the year 2003. Counsel for the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for default. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
