This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to call for the records relating to the order, dated 20.07.2011, in Original Application No.6119 of 2011 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and quash the same.

3. It is stated by learned Government Pleader for Services (Andhra Pradesh) that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by an order of a Division Bench of this Court, dated 06.08.2012 rendered in W.P.No.30408 of 2011.
4. Following the said order, this Writ Petition is also allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
