Heard Sri B. Papa Rao Goud, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondents-APSRTC.

2. The petitioners are the employees in the respondentsCorporation. According to them, they have been working in the Corporation since more than 20 years. They were given 12 years special grade/stagnation increments in terms of Circular No.PD-4/2011 dated 12.01.2011, but the benefits of completion of 20 years of service in single post were not sanctioned to them. They submit that they have put in more than 20 years of service in a single post, but the respondents have not been extending the benefits of the Circular dated 12.01.2011 for them.

3. Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondentsCorporation would submits that the petitioners belong to various Depots and their services have to be ascertained before taking any decision by the Corporation.

4. The issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the decisions of this Court in WP Nos.7355 and 23783 of 2012. In view of the decisions in the afore said cases, the petitioners on completion of 20 years of service, shall be entitled for special grade/stagnation increments, in terms of the Circular dated 12.01.2011, irrespective of regions to which they belong to.

5. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are directed to submit representation to the respondents-Corporation and after making such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the case

of the petitioners for grant of special grade/stagnation increments in terms of the Circular dated 12.01.2011 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of at the stage of admission. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
