ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Rc.B.810/2014, dt.08.09.2014 suspending the petitioner’s authorization of Fair Price Shop No.116, Sangala Village, Krishnagiri Mandal, Kurnool District, alleging that as per stock register distributed commodities properly but failed to obtain 10 cardholders signature etc., as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently set aside the aforesaid impugned orders of the 2nd respondent and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.”
At the hearing, Mr. G.Venkat Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Rathanga Pani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon realizing that proper prayer has not been made in the writ petition, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.39639 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
