ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“ … to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the production, sale and distribution of petitioner’s Bio-Products such as S.V. Zyme, S.V. Shine, S V Super, S V Power, S V Vepon, S V Freedom, S V Shock, S V Thez, S V Thunder, S V Amaz, Globelar as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents not to interfere with in any manner with the production, sale and distribution of petitioner’s products produced by the petitioners and marketed through its direct marketing staff and also through the licensed dealers/stockist etc., permitted under the Insecticides Act, 1968, Seeds Act and the Fertilizers (Control) Order 1985 …”
At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing its cause in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.34924 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
