ORDER :
This Contempt Case has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 26-09-2014 in W.P. No.29510 of 2014.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent produced a copy of the order dated 01-11-2014, passed by the respondent herein, restoring the authorization of the petitioner and stated that the order in the writ petition has been complied with and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the same, I do not see any contempt committed by the respondent. Accordingly, Contempt Case is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case, shall stand closed.
