ORDER :
It is represented by the learned counsel for both parties that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 09.04.2014, passed by this Court in WP.No.32951 of 2013.
Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. However, till fresh allotment is made, the petitioner shall be continued on the same terms and conditions and the petitioner shall vacate the stalls as soon as new allotment is made.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
Let a copy of the order dated 09.04.2014, passed by this Court in WP.No.32951 of 2013 be annexed to this writ petition.
