ORDER:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in issuing G.O.Ms.No. 1394, dated 04.10.2010 by keeping the appointment of Agricultural Market Committee, Jammikunta, Karimangar District vide G.O.Rt.No.1387, dated 01.10.2010 in abeyance.
Now it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that G.O.Rt.No. 1394, dated 04.10.2010 was suspended by this Court by order dated 25.10.2010 and pursuant to the same, the Government through its G.O.Rt.No. 1564, dated 03.11.2010 implemented the order of this Court
suspending aforesaid GO and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
