Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is part of Writ Petition No. 3654 of 2005 and batch and that the said batch was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court through judgment dated 19-10-2005.
Following the same, we dismiss this writ petition also. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
