ORDER:- (per Hon’ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu)
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the detenue - Regonda Krishna, S/o.Jagannadham, 41 years, Occ: Business, R/o.H.No.11-7255, Sai Enclave, Saroornagar Road, Huda Colony, Kothapet, Hyderabad before this Court and to set him at liberty.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the writ petition, the aforementioned detenu was released and hence, he prays to close the writ petition.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
