O R D E R :
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition stating that the petitioner wants to make representation before the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievance and if his representation is not considered by them he seeks permission to file fresh writ petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition if his grievance before the respondents is not redressed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
