COMMON ORDER:
These two writ petitions were filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent in processing the application for regularization of the pent houses constructed on the terrace of the building of the petitioner bearing D.No.1-3-1040 and 1-3-1041, Kavadiguda, Hyderabad.
2. Now it is brought to the notice of this Court that the 1st respondent issued proceedings dated 10.03.2014 rejecting the BPS application in respect of the house at 6th floor in the above premises and the 1st respondent authorities have already issued proceedings in pursuance of the same. Hence, no further orders are required in both the writ petitions.
3. Both the writ petitions are accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions in both the writ petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
