THE HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.19025 of 2014
ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Revenue and learned Government Pleader for Home.
2. The relief sought by the petitioners is identical with the relief sought in W.P.No.17989 of 2013, which was disposed of by this Court by order, dated 02.07.2013, and the said order protects the petitioners’ claim. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition for the self same relief. Petitioners, therefore, are free to avail the remedies available to them in accordance with law in view of the earlier order passed in W.P.No.17989 of 2013.
3. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
