WRIT PETITION No. 18871 of 2008
ORDER:
This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 3 in allotting 207 houses to the members of the 4th respondent Society and allotting only 3 houses to the members of the petitioner Society.
2. This Court, by order dated 23.12.2008 directed the 5th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner Society dated 10.04.2008 and pass appropriate orders as per law.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23.12.2008, the 5th respondent passed orders, and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
