This writ petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenges the action of the respondent in not taking any final decision in pursuance of the final notice dated 25.03.2010 with regard to allotment of old mini bus bearing No.7505, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India.
2. When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondent that the respondent in fact, passed a final order bearing L.R.No.5138/SET/Transport/2006-08, dated 17.03.2012, and a copy of the same is placed on record by the learned counsel for the respondent. In view of the same nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication.
3. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
