Sri N. Kumar Dev, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that during the pendency of the proceedings, the petitioner was reverted to the post of Senior Assistant from the post of Deputy Tahsildar and that he also retired from service. In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition, does not survive requiring any further adjudication.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand disposed of.
