ORDER: (per the Hon’ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu)

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 19.10.2012 in Original Application No.6112 of 2011 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, ‘the Tribunal’), which was disposed of by the Tribunal along with Original Application Nos. 6104 of 2011, 6216 of 2011 and 6106 of 2011.

Heard both sides.

Both the counsel stated that Writ Petition Nos. 16263 of 2013, 16265 of 2013 and 16266 of 2013, which were preferred against the order dated 19.10.2012 passed by the Tribunal in the aforesaid other Original Application Nos. 6104 of 2011, 6216 of 2011 and 6106 of 2011 were disposed of, by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.12.2013, and the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the said order of this Court.

Following the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the order dated 09.12.2013 in Writ Petition Nos. 16263 of 2013, 16265 of 2013 and 16266 of 2013, by setting aside the order of the Tribunal to the extent of

granting interest on the pension and other retrial benefits payable to the first respondent/applicant while confirming it in all other respects, and directing the petitioners to release the pension and other retrial benefits payable to the first respondent/applicant within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
