This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 03.12.2013 in Original Application No.8687 of 2012 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, ‘the Tribunal’).

Heard both sides.

Both the counsel stated that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 10.04.2014 in Writ Petition No.38000 of 2013 passed by this Court, whereunder and whereby this Court modified the punishment of stoppage of two annual grade increments with cumulative effect imposed on the first respondent to two annual grade increments without cumulative effect, and that this Writ Petition can be disposed of, in terms of the said order.

Following the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the order 10.04.2014 in Writ Petition No.38000 of 2013 modifying the punishment of stoppage of two annual grade increments with cumulative effect imposed on the first respondent in G.O.Rt. No.325, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (E2) Department,

dated 27.02.2008, to two annual grade increments without cumulative effect. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
