COMMON ORDER:
It is represented by both the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the relief sought in these two Writ Petitions is covered by an order of this Court in Sri Dhanalakshmi Cotton & Rice Mills Pvt. Limited v. Southern Power Distribution Company of A.P Limited (W.P.No.15410 of 2009 and batch, dated 20.08.2014).
Following the aforesaid order, these Writ Petitions are also allowed in accordance with and in terms of the said order. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
