ORDER:
This Writ Petition was filed seeking Writ of Certiorari relating to the proceedings of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.82, Revenue (Vig.VI) Department, dated 30.01.2010.
Identical matter was considered and disposed of by this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 5862, 13186,13187,13282,13287 and 13288 of 2010 on 28.08.2014.
Following the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No
order as to costs.
