JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice G.Chandraiah)

This writ appeal is filed by the appellants aggrieved by the interim order of the learned single Judge of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.47742 of 2013 in W.P.No.38410 of 2013.

The grievance of the appellants is that they were appointed as Accountants with the prescribed qualification of Graduation with Typewriting knowledge. Subsequently, the authorities prescribed the qualification of Graduation in B.Com., with computer knowledge. On the ground that the appellants did not possess the said qualification, their services were terminated. Aggrieved by it, they filed the writ petition and pending the writ petition, they sought for interim suspension of the impugned proceedings in the said W.P.M.P. and an order of status quo was granted until further orders.

Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that in similar circumstances in W.A.No.1307 of 2010, this Court directed the respondents 1 to 5 therein to appoint the appellants herein as Accountants, in respective A.P.Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya Society pending disposal of the writ petition.

In view of the above submission and having regard to the facts

and circumstances, the present appeal is disposed of, as under:

“The respondents 1 to 5 are directed to appoint the appellants as accountants in respective of A.P.Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya Society pending disposal of the writ petition. Let W.P.No.38410 of 2013 be listed for ‘final hearing’ along with W.P.No.19703 of 2013”.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Appeal
shall stand dismissed in the light of this order. There shall be no order
as to costs.
