JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon’ble Sri CKR, J)
In view of the orders already passed in W.A. No.506 of 2010, we deem it appropriate that no further separate orders need be passed in the present appeal since the impugned order in both the appeals is one and the same, which is common order dated 20.04.2010 passed in W.P. No.23632 of 2003, W.P. No.24958 of 2004 and 12915 of 2009. Hence, the present appeal is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
