Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and perused the material available on record.
It is represented by the learned counsel for both the parties that Writ Appeal No.1951 of 2013 and etc., preferred against the interim orders which are similar to the orders under challenge in the present appeals, were already dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 20.12.2013.
Under the circumstances, no further enquiry is necessary in these appeals and accordingly, following the judgment dated 20.12.2013 in Writ Appeal Nos.1951 of 2013 and etc., all these Writ Appeals are dismissed. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Appeals shall stand closed.
