JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon’ble Sri Justice L.Narasimha Reddy)
This writ appeal is part of batch of a large number of similar appeals, which, in turn, arise out of a common judgment, dated 22.01.2000 passed in W.P.Nos.16842 of 1994 and batch. A substantial number of writ appeals were dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court on 27.08.2009.
So far as this appeal is concerned, it was noticed that on 23.11.2011, Sri C.Suryanarayana, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, is not maintained good health, and accordingly, notice was ordered to the appellant. The notices were repeated number of times, but they were not served. On finding that one Sri P.Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel, was on record, his name was directed to be printed. Accordingly, it was listed on 22.04.2014, and as there was no representation for the appellant, it was directed to be listed after summer vacation. There is no representation for the appellant, even today also.
Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petition filed in this writ appeal shall also stand disposed of.
