This writ appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 18.07.2014, passed by the learned Single Judge in W.V.M.P.No.573 of 2014 in W.P.M.P.No.15508 of 2013 in W.P.No.12576 of 2013. Through the said order, the learned Single Judge has vacated the interim order, which was passed on 24.04.2013.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The issue pertains to the appointment to the post of Junior Assistant Officer in the Singareni Collieries. There are two categories of appointment, namely, external candidates and internal candidates, and the appellant is an internal candidate. The question as to whether the categories mentioned in the notification as regards the internal candidates, namely, Office Superintendent, POA, Special Grade Clerk, Stenographer, EDP Assistant, Accounts, Law Assistants, were examined by this Court W.A.No.1076 of 2014. After verification of the relevant Rule, we dismissed the appeal on 08.08.2014.
Following the same, this writ appeal is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petition filed in the Writ Appeal shall stand disposed of.
