This Criminal Petition is filed to transfer DVC.No. 28 of 2012 from the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad to the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Giddalur, Prakasam district.
2. When the matter is listed on 28/3/2014 none appeared for petitioner and the matter is directed to be listed under the caption, “for dismissal” on 07/4/2014. From 7/4/2014 it is listed today.
3. Today also none appeared for petitioner in spite of posting the matter under the caption of dismissal. Sri Krishna Reddy, Advocate for Respondent No.1 is present. Hence, this Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
