ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Transfer Criminal Petition, with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law.
Permission as sought for is accorded.
Accordingly, the transfer criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to avail the remedies, if any, available under law. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
