COMMON JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel appearing for the appellant filed a letter dated 12.11.2014, in the registry, stating that the matter is adjusted out of Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Appeals.
In view of the above letter dated 12.11.2014, submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant, permission is accorded.
Accordingly, these Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
