JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed against the Judgment and decree dated 17.09.2013 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Bhongir in OS.No.5 of 2008.
During the pendency of the appeal, the appellants and the respondent have filed Memorandum of Compromise, which is signed by the parties and their counsel. The said compromise is accompanied by a petition i.e. AS.MP.No.2226 of 2014, seeking to dispose of the Appeal by decreeing the suit in terms of compromise entered into between the parties.
Heard learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned counsel for the respondent.
The appellants and respondent are present in person and they are identified by their respective counsel. The parties, who are present in the Court, admit the terms of Compromise.
In view of the above, the Compromise entered into between the parties is hereby recorded and AS.MP.No.2226 of 2014 is ordered. A decree be drawn in accordance with the terms of Compromise and a copy of the Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the record. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of Compromise entered into between the parties. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the appeal, shall stand closed.
