JUDGMENT:-
Learned counsel for the appellant filed MACMAMP No.3832 of 2014 seeking permission to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
Permission as sought for is accorded and the petition is ordered and accordingly the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the appeal shall also stand dismissed.
