This appeal is preferred by the assessee-appellant against the order, dated 27.02.2002, passed by the Hyderabad Bench ‘A’ of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in I.T.A.No.1249/Hyd/96.
Learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondent fairly submitted that the connected appeal filed by the very appellant herein being I.T.T.A.No.310 of 2003 was dismissed by this Court on 18.11.2014.
Following the same, we dismiss this appeal also. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petition filed in this appeal shall also stand disposed of.
