JUDGMENT: (per the Hon’ble Sri Justice L.Narasimha Reddy)
This appeal is preferred by the assessee against the order dated 20.02.2004 passed by the Visakhapatnam Bench of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, in I.T.A.No.570/V/98.
In all fairness, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the question that falls for consideration in this appeal is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court today itself in respect of the same assessee in I.T.T.A.No.139 of 2004.
Hence, this appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to
costs.
The miscellaneous petitions filed in this appeal shall also stand disposed of.
