ORDER:
This is a Civil Revision Petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure by the petitioners/judgment debtors 2 to 4 assailing the docket orders dated 19.08.2014 i.e., orders on the proceeding sheet in E.A. No.29/2014 in E.P. No.20/2013 in O.S.No.77/2012 passed by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sompeta of Srikakulam District.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners/Judgment Debtors 2 to 4 had submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with a liberty to challenge the final orders dated 24.03.2014 in E.P. No.20/2013 in O.S. No.77/2012.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to mention that the petitioners/Judgment Debtors 2 to 4 are at liberty to assail the orders dated 24.03.2014 in E.P. No.20/2013 in O.S. No.77/2012 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sompeta of Srikakulam District, if they so desire and the law permits.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
