CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 1758 OF 2009
ORDER:
This is a Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 & 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the petitioner/A4 assailing the order dated 05.10.2009 of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Gudivada passed in Crl.M.P. No.142 of 2008 in C.C. No. 800 of 2006, whereby the learned Judge dismissed the said criminal miscellaneous petition filed under section 239 of the Cr.P.C.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner/A4 would submit that he was instructed by the petitioner to withdraw the revision case. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the revision case.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as
withdrawn.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
