CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1767 OF 2011 ORDER:
The petitioner filed R.C No.26 of 2007 before the IV Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad, to permit him to deposit the rents in respect of the petition schedule premises. The R.C was dismissed by the learned Rent Controller on
08-07-2010. Aggrieved by that, the petitioner filed R.A No.253 of 2010 in the Court of Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad. The appeal was dismissed on 11-02-2011. Hence this revision.
The revision was presented way back on 26-04-2011. Though it was listed for admission on 10-06-2011, there was no representation and it was directed to be listed next week. On the next date of hearing i.e., on 17-06-2011 also, time was taken. Ever since then it was not listed. Hence, there was no order of stay. The R.A may have been disposed of by this time. Obviously, for that reason the petitioner is not evincing any interest.
The C.R.P is accordingly dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
