ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent filed a joint memo today to the effect that the dispute between the parties has been referred to arbitration and the Arbitrator has also passed award.
In that view of the matter, the C.R.P is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
