(P.W.2) told him that at about 10:30 A.M., two unknown persons came to his house and enquired about him and thereafter, threatened her to bring money and gold, and due to fear, she handed over two gold bangles weighing about two tulas and cash of Rs.3,000/- to them and that both of them went away and the house owner saw both the persons while going away on a scooter bearing No.ADU-8038 of grey colour and P.W.1 lodged a complaint with police at 12:15 P.M., which was registered as Crime No.251/2002 and investigation revealed that A1 has committed offences under Section 392 IPC and investigation in respect of A2 is not completed as his whereabouts are not known. On these allegations, trial Court examined 10 witnesses and marked 8 documents and on a over all consideration of oral and documentary evidence, found A1 i.e., revision petitioner guilty for an offence punishable under Section 392 IPC and sentenced him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years and aggrieved by the same, A1 preferred appeal to the Court of Sessions and V Additional District & Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy on a reappraisal of evidence, dismissed appeal by confirming conviction and sentence. Now aggrieved by the same, present revision is preferred.
