This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in
CC.No. 2215 of 2007 on the file of III-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which is filed for offences under section 420 and 506 IPC.
2. On 28/03/2014 none appeared for Petitioner and the matter is
directed to be listed under the caption, “for dismissal” on 01/04/2014. Again on 01/4/2013 at request the matter was adjourned to 03/4/2014
under the same caption, “for dismissal”.
3. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption, “for
dismissal”, none appeared for petitioner. Therefore, Criminal Petition
is dismissed for non-prosecution.
