CRIMINAL PETITION No.9424 OF 2009
ORDER:
1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.4 and A.5 in C.C.No.939 of 2009 on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad.
2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is accorded.
3 In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to avail other remedies available to them under law.
4 As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
