ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.18 of 2007 on the file of the I Addl. Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Proddutur, Kadapa District.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this matter.
