CC.No. 95 of 2012 on the file of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, for alleged offences under section 420, 468 and 471 of IPC.
2. On 11/08/2014 none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption, “for dismissal”, on 14/08/2014.
3. Today, none appeared for the petitioner.
4. Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-
prosecution.
